Understanding and Agreement to Our Refund Terms:

All customers must understand and agree to the refund conditions outlined herein. Every refund request is assessed on an individual basis. The conditions mentioned in our Terms of Service offer clarity on our refund stance but do not act as a blanket guarantee. Multiple factors are taken into account for each request, including but not limited to: the number of followers obtained, payment date, force majeure events, binding contract periods, previous interactions, and feedback provided to our support team.

At Virally Media, we believe in ensuring customer satisfaction. We first aim to resolve or offer a refill for any discrepancies before a refund. If a refund is deemed appropriate, the amount is credited to the Virally Media wallet within 24-48 hours. Direct refunds to the original payment methods are not our standard practice. However, in specific scenarios, upon thorough evaluation, we might consent to refund up to 70% of the original amount back to the source of payment.

Specific Scenarios and Eligibility for Refund:

  1. Unfulfilled Orders: For cases where orders are not received, we assess based on the following parameters:
  • The public status of the customer’s social media account.
  • Correct and accurate provision of the social media username.
  • No alterations to the username post-order.
  • Continual existence of the account or post without deletion.
  • Full adherence to platform-specific guidelines.
  • A minimum period of 72 hours post the order placement.
  • A clear record of the customer having reached out to our support team with a wait time of 72 hours post the initial complaint.
  1. Drops in Service Quality: Refund requests emerging from a decline in service quality, such as a decrease in followers or likes, are individually examined. While we prioritize exceptional service, refund requests based on quality are granted at Virally Media’s discretion.
  2. Unexpected Service Outcome: Refunds based on service mismatches or not meeting expectations are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  3. Premature Cancellation: If services are canceled untimely, we may consider a refund or continue the service for the designated paid period.
  4. Billing Discrepancies: In the rare instance of double charges due to overlapping billing agreements or other discrepancies, we strive for prompt resolution, ensuring the customer’s financial interests are safeguarded.

Important Note: It’s essential for our customers to recognize that our refund policy is designed for extreme or special scenarios. Refund processing can vary and might take up to 15 days, depending on the payment provider.
